GardenCore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and participate in recruitment efforts across various departments, helping us attract top talent while supporting our company's growth and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting talented professionals with our organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work onsite in Peachtree Corners, GA .

Key Responsibilities:

Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit Manage candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities, which may require up to 20% travel Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records

Requirements:
