Years Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a stable job history and prior experience working with a staffing agency or within the manufacturing industry . A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain candidate pipelines Ensure a smooth interview and onboarding process Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support HR activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ( mandatory ) 2-3 years of recruiting experience Background in a staffing company or manufacturing industry preferred Stable work history with consistent employment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ATS and job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
