Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates across various roles and industries.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
Utilize job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking events, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to proactively source active and passive candidates.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial phone screens and structured interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, culture fit, and salary expectations.
Client & Manager Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers/clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Offer & Onboarding Management:
Present job offers, negotiate competitive compensation packages, and guide candidates through background checks, references, and onboarding.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and key stakeholders to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies. Maintain accurate record-keeping in the ATS.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Time Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
