Job Description

General Summary To plan, coordinate and administer Recruitment activities for Managerial, Professional, Production, and Maintenance positions within Kia Georgia Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions to support organizational staffing needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies through internal talent pipelines, external recruiting channels, and community partnerships. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, identify qualified candidates, and guide hiring decisions. Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, from application through onboarding. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting. Prepare and analyze staffing metrics, recruitment reports, and workforce planning data. Support the development and enhancement of employment policies, staffing processes, and workforce strategies. Create and implement recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer branding and attract talent. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, workforce agencies, and community organizations. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity hiring initiatives. Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and workforce planning activities to support business objectives. Qualifications & Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Related field and 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Executive recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience. Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies. Strong business acumen, analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to influence and build partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders. Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters. Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and workforce planning tools. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. Experience with SAP system preferred. Have strong administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate high volume applicant flow.
