Job Description
Job Summary Totality Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. The Staffing Specialist for Totality Staffing will assist healthcare professionals with coordinating their schedules and assist with client relations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and a deep understanding of staffing needs within senior & residential care facilities. Responsibilities Fill & confirm staffing orders for client facilities Maintain contact with all team members and assist with their scheduling needs Regular contact with client facilities to update staffing needs Regular contact with team members and assistance with scheduling and maintaining credentials Managing long term orders and filling contracts Maintain contact with 3rd party vendors On-call rotation Assist with recruiting new talent Qualifications This position requires excellent communication skills Computer literacy skills Ability to maintain professionalism with team members and clients Must be able to organize and prioritize Join us in shaping our workforce by bringing your expertise in healthcare staffing and recruiting!
