This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday availability between 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (schedule may vary) $17.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience Position Overview Customer Service Representatives support daily office operations and are responsible for a variety of administrative and recruiting tasks, including: Data entry and file management Email and phone correspondence Interviewing and recruiting applicants Payroll support Social media marketing General office and administrative duties Requirements Some college preferred Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Prior office experience required Strong customer service and professional communication skills Very strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Fast and accurate data entry (45+ WPM) Ability to learn new software quickly High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter with strong work ethic Ability to work independently and handle sudden changes Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Social media marketing experience preferred (not required) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Valid driver's license and insurance required (In-Person) Qualified applicants should apply in person at: Gem State Staffing 914 North Curtis Rd Boise, ID 83706
