Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding top healthcare professionals while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talented healthcare professionals with rewarding career opportunities. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, social media platforms, networking events, referrals, and other creative recruiting strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future staffing needs. Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Extend and negotiate employment offers and assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment priorities. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR software. Foster positive relationships with current employees to encourage employee referrals and improve retention and engagement. Perform additional recruiting and human resources duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare staffing or healthcare recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple openings and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting nurses, medical assistants, CNAs, Techs or other healthcare professionals. Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.
Pay:
