Job Description

Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing qualified candidates for job openings. They will develop and execute recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role involves both traditional and innovative recruiting methods, as well as overseeing the entire hiring process and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage applicant databases and maintain contact with potential candidates. Provide job information and handle recruitment tasks, including testing and interviews. Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates and proactively address future hiring needs. Collaborate with managers to evaluate and refine recruiting strategies. Research and implement new recruiting sources and networks. Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications:
Recruitment or job placement experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Computer literate and able to meet deadlines.
Expectations:
Demonstrate organization, teamwork, and customer service. Ability to multitask, follow up, and prioritize effectively. Reliable attendance and initiative in a dynamic work environment.
Additional Duties:
Handle phone calls, process applications, and manage payroll and documentation as needed. Ensure accurate record-keeping and assist with special projects or reports.
