NEWITY is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting across the organization and elevate our employer brand in the marketplace. This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through offer execution—while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and the HR Qualifications 5+ years of progressive recruiting work experience, including full-cycle recruiting Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across multiple functions Working knowledge of recruitment best practice and compliance considerations Experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruitment results and efficiency Highly organized communication, with proven consistency in high-volume environments Strong stake-holder management skills Description & Responsibilities Own and manage the full recruitment life-cycle for exempt and non-exempt roles Responsible for intake meetings, role drafting and approval, screening, interviewing and interview coordination, and offer execution Design recruitment practices aligned with NEWITY policies, national and state compliance standards, and NEWITY values Manage applicant tracking system and recruitment workflows Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and HR about market conditions, interview techniques, and timely decision making Track recruitment results and new hire retention and make recommendations to improve overtime Represent NEWITY in external recruiting channels and professional networks to build long-term talent pipelines
Base Rate:
$80,000
