Duties Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and talent management software to attract diverse talent pools. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate technical recruiting processes for specialized roles. Negotiate employment offers and facilitate candidate selection through effective relationship management and communication skills. Maintain compliance with employment law in talent management, HR legal requirements, and internal recruiting policies. Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to track applicant progress and generate lead generation reports. Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning, succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluation initiatives. Skills Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, and high volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills combined with talent acquisition knowledge across technical recruiting, campus recruitment, and executive recruiting. Proficiency in HR systems like UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing, along with talent management software for efficient candidate sourcing and HR systems integration. Excellent research capabilities to identify passive candidates via social media platforms and cold calling techniques. Deep understanding of employment & labor law in talent management to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process. Exceptional communication skills for engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and building lasting relationships with internal stakeholders. Experience with training & development programs related to recruiting best practices and HR systems utilization.
