Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Illinois through a Long-term Contract opportunity. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and guiding talent with relevant experience through the hiring process while helping maintain a strong pipeline for ongoing staffing needs. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to full-cycle recruiting, strong market awareness, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and keep the hiring process moving efficiently between candidates and interview teams.
- Lead post-interview debrief discussions with stakeholders to capture feedback and support timely hiring decisions.
- Promote open roles across diverse recruiting channels to increase visibility and attract applicants with relevant experience.
- Source, evaluate, interview, and help onboard candidates for a range of hiring needs, including high-volume recruitment.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines through outreach, referrals, networking, and community-based partnerships.
- Assess applicants for qualifications, organizational alignment, and overall fit with position requirements.
- Build lasting relationships with both active job seekers and passive talent to strengthen future hiring efforts.
- Monitor labor market conditions, competitor activity, and recruiting trends to refine sourcing strategies and improve results.
- Provide consistent communication and timely updates to candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
- Represent the talent acquisition function on selected projects and hiring-related initiatives as needed.
