Schedule:

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will act as the face of our organization, connecting top-tier talent with meaningful opportunities.
Your daily impact includes:
Talent Acquisition:
High-volume sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify top candidates who align with our clients' needs.
Onboarding Excellence:
Facilitating a seamless transition for new hires, including training, orientation, and policy integration.
Culture Leadership:
Actively promoting and implementing company values, culture, and internal policies to ensure a positive workplace.
Administrative Precision:
Maintaining meticulous employee records and providing leadership with data-driven reports and documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Coordinating recognition events and initiatives to boost morale and retention. Required Qualifications We are looking for a sharp, empathetic communicator who understands that recruiting is about building relationships, not just checking boxes.
Experience:
Proven background in Human Resources, staffing, or corporate recruiting.
Legal Acumen:
A solid grasp of state and federal labor laws and employment regulations.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills; you should be as comfortable writing a job ad as you are conducting a high-level interview.
Interpersonal Savvy:
The ability to build instant rapport with diverse candidate pools and internal stakeholders.
Organization:
Mastery of time management and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
