About The Position:
Allstaff is actively recruiting a personable and adaptable Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, networking, and negotiating, we would love to hear from you.
Position Summary:
The Staffing Specialist is primarily responsible for interfacing with customers to determine staffing needs for light industrial and skilled opportunities. This includes sourcing and interviewing candidates and determining skill and proper fit for our clients along with managing employee relations.

Recruit candidates to fill open positions Communicate with clients daily regarding their needs Prepare and maintain reports Place candidates on temporary assignment Keep employee database up to date Manage employees Perform various administrative duties
The Qualifications:
