In this role, you'll be a key partner in helping us meet ambitious growth goals by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Reliable, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a range of functions. You'll work directly with hiring managers to understand business needs, build strategic sourcing plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to offer. How You Will Help Champion Reliable's candidate-focused recruiting philosophy by providing prompt feedback and excellent communication to candidates throughout the interview process. Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization—from job posting and sourcing to offer and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs and develop customized recruitment strategies. Actively source candidates for critical and high-priority roles using a mix of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, job boards, referrals, etc.). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure accurate and compliant use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including resume review, tracking, reporting, and auditing of candidate records. Work closely with TA team members to enhance employer branding, promote career opportunities, and improve recruiting processes. Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the hiring process. What You Will Bring Minimum of 4-6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with solid knowledge and experience identifying quality candidates. Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including Internet recruiting, direct sourcing, and networking to source high quality candidates. Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a sense of urgency, as well as within a team. Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet recruiting tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems. Track record identifying/recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven written skills. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD annually
