Description Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a high-volume recruiting environment and help manage a growing workload across both warehouse and corporate-level hiring. This role will focus on supervisor-level and above positions and is ideal for a recruiter who can work with urgency, partner effectively with hiring managers, and bring structure to a fast-paced process. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Oak Brook, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work two to three days per week. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load of 25-30 openings, with flexibility to support additional hiring needs
• Recruit for warehouse and corporate-level roles
• Partner with hiring managers to move searches forward efficiently
• Conduct candidate screenings and maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and standards
