This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in human resources and talent acquisition. The Entry Level Recruiter will assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in talent management, employee evaluation, and social media management while contributing to the growth of our company. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various recruitment platforms, including Careerlister and Indeed, to post job openings and manage applications. Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the role. Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires. Leverage social media platforms for lead generation and talent acquisition strategies. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and recruitment metrics using tools like Lever. Support the development of recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent pools. Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company as an employer of choice. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources practices. Familiarity with social media management and its application in recruitment is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. Previous experience or internships in HR or recruiting is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of employee evaluation techniques and contract management is beneficial.
