National Express LLC is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with a variety of positions. This position is based from our North American corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois and reports to the Leader, Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment. As a Talent Business Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of (mostly) corporate and (some) field positions; building strong relationships with internal and external customers; providing recruitment expertise and consultative services; and participating in recruitment projects.
PositionResponsibilities Include:
Full life-cycle recruiting forstaff, middle, and senior level corporate positions from a variety ofdisciplines Partnering with hiring managers,candidates and employees to promote positive, effective workingrelationships and staff open positions Developing, implementing, andmanaging innovative and creative recruitment strategies for NELLClocations within North America Providing ongoing recruitment andselection guidance to hiring managers Developing, implementing, andmanaging mechanisms to ensure that recruitment activity is accuratelytracked / reported as well as preparing ad hoc reports for seniormanagement Participating in recruitmentinitiatives, projects, project teams including providing input to projectpriorities, plans, schedules, and budgets; administering and managingcontracts; supervising external consultants and monitoring progress /quality of work Providing input into thedevelopment, implementation, and maintenance of recruiting strategies,processes, policies, and tools to attract candidates Actively supporting and promotingcontinuous improvement and best practices within the recruiting function
Qualifications Position Requirements Include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline required 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for a variety of exempt and non-exempt level positions within the US and Canada Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers required Ability to work independently and to proactively seek solutions to roadblocks involving approval or recruitment process Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with staff, leaders, and senior management across the organization Strong knowledge of human resources management and organizational development At National Express our goal is to be a diverse workforce that is representative of the communities we serve.
