What You'll Do:

Interview and screen candidates. Connect people with great jobs! Manage multiple job openings like a pro Build solid relationships with job seekers and hiring managers

What We're Looking For:

Solid communication skills ( Fluency in English and Spanish is a bonus) Organized, focused, and able to juggle priorities Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Experience managing incoming telephone and in-person traffic, documenting data quickly and with accuracy into a computer system. The Details:

Full-time. 8+ hour shifts. Monday through Friday. In-person role — must be able to commute or relocate to Fort Wayne, IN. 46815 Position requires periodic visits to customer locations for meetings and appointments. Driver's License is required.
