Appletree Staffing is hiring an experienced agency recruiter to support our growing Professional business in Greenwood, Indiana. This is not a corporate HR or internal recruiting role. We are looking for someone who understands fast-paced staffing, high-volume hiring, and what it takes to keep manufacturing and office clients fully staffed. If you've worked in a staffing agency recruiting for warehouses, manufacturing, or professional positions, — this role was built for you. What You'll Do Recruit and place candidates Source candidates through Indeed, resume databases, referrals Screen, interview, and qualify candidates quickly and accurately Match candidates to open jobs and move them through the hiring process Work closely with account managers to understand hiring needs Manage multiple openings at once in a fast-moving agency environment Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in staffing or employment services, not corporate HR.

You should have:

2+ years of experience in a staffing agency recruiting for: Light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or clerical, admin, or office roles Experience managing multiple open requisitions at the same time Comfort working with hourly and entry- to mid-level candidates Strong phone, interviewing, and follow-up skills A sense of urgency and accountability Compensation & Schedule Monthly commission + bonuses Realistic first-year total compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm In-office (Greenwood) 46143 Why Appletree Staffing We are not a churn-and-burn temp agency.
