What You'll DoSource, screen, interview, and place candidates for our clients across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics roles.
Deliver excellent customer service to both applicants and clients — every conversation matters.
Juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, interviews, and onboarding tasks at once without losing track of a single one.
Contact candidates outside standard business hours when needed to schedule or confirm interviews.
Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires — in our office and at client sites as required.
Keep meticulous, organized records so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
Travel to client sites for meetings that may fall before or after standard office hours.
Bring a positive, optimistic, get-it-done attitude to a high-volume, detail-driven environment.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, treating every placement like it matters — because it does.
