Manchester University seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding efforts across our North Manchester and Fort Wayne campuses. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and finding better ways to get things done. While HR or recruiting experience is valuable, we're equally interested in candidates who bring initiative, strong organizational skills, customer service experience, project coordination experience, or a passion for continuous improvement. What You'll Do Recruit and onboard talented faculty and staff Partner with hiring managers and search committees Improve hiring, onboarding, and HR processes Support candidate sourcing and employment branding efforts Manage recruitment systems and data Help create a positive experience for candidates and new employees What We're Looking For Initiative and a process-improvement mindset Exceptional organization and follow-through Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote supervisor and team members Comfort learning and improving systems and technology Commitment to service, teamwork, and continuous growth Why Manchester?
