Header Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels and functions. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or BrassRing to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus outreach, and cold calling to attract diverse candidate pools. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and facilitate effective candidate evaluations. Conduct interviews and coordinate technical recruiting efforts for specialized roles requiring specific skill sets. Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards during all recruitment activities. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Header Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within high-volume or technical environments. Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques, employment law in talent management, and HR systems such as Kronos or Paychex. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates via social media marketing (recruitment) and cold calling strategies. Familiarity with external recruiting channels including campus recruitment initiatives and executive recruiting processes. Experience working with ATS platforms like iCIMS, UltiPro, or Kenexa BrassRing is highly preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition practices to ensure legal compliance at all times.
