This position provides overall support to the Talent Acquisition Department and customer service to all internal and external customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
Experience:
T hree to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources or H igh
School Diploma or GED Travel:
up to 25%
Work Schedule:
This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas. Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees). Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System. Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed. Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence. Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
