We're on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and resourceful Bilingual Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-vibe recruiting team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Scouting the best talent across platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter. Interviewing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of exciting roles. Keeping things running smoothly by managing our HRIS system, filling staffing orders, and handling new hire paperwork. Leading the way with orientations and onboarding. Building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering A+ customer service and account management.

What We're Looking For:

Fully fluent in Spanish and English - you can switch between the two like a pro. 1-2 years of customer service experience where you crushed it (bonus points for recruiting experience!). Strong attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Someone who's excited to learn, grow, and make a difference.
