Job Description
Patient Recruiter
What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls by using a Clinical research database to recruit, screen, determine eligibility, schedule, and follow-up with potential study subjects and responds to inquiries relating to advertising and referrals to research studies
- Interview potential study participants using study questionnaires in the database to actively recruit and screen potential study participants in accordance with each protocol
- Responsible for the maintaining and growing of our research database, including updating medical histories, updating the database with participant data and maintaining patient status, security and patient privacy
- Regularly communicate with Clinical Research Coordinators to access scheduling and study support needs
- Proactively identify project challenges, problems, and/or potential deficiencies and communicate these to the Senior Patient Recruiter
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Clinical Recruiting or Consumer Recruiting call center
