Job Description

Employment Specialist Recruiting Florence , Kentucky MAU is hiring an Employment Specialist in Florence, KY. As an Employment Specialist, you will support full-cycle recruiting operations, onboarding, reporting, and client-facing staffing activities for an on-site Bosch account while ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance.   • Minimum of a completed Associate's degree is required
  • Must have 1+ years of work experience in an administrative, HR support, or recruiting support role in a professional work environment
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must possess strong customer service orientation
  • Must possess an assertive, outgoing personality
  • Ideal candidate will be focused, thorough, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills required Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • 1+ year of recruiting or HR support experience is preferred
  • Experience working in an administrative, HR, or recruiting function within a manufacturing setting is preferred. General Requirements

  • Ethical conduct and personal credibility Essential Functions
  • Build and maintain relationships with Bosch HR and hiring managers
  • Coordinate offer processes, candidate communication, and follow-ups
  • Act as liaison between MAU recruiters and Bosch stakeholders
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate dispositioning
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring logistics
  • Facilitate onboarding processes including background checks, drug screens, and orientation
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and hiring documentation
  • Prepare and manage reporting (billing, metrics, staffing updates)
  • Ensure compliance with federal I-9 regulations
  • Support hiring events and recruitment activities
  • Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders
  • Assist with employee inquiries and recruiting support as needed Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Professional office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing settings
  • Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, etc.)
  • Interaction with industrial environments when on customer sites Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours
  • Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel
