As the company continues to expand, we're looking for a Corporate Recruiter to help us find the talent that powers that growth. Position Summary The Corporate Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate, operations, warehouse, and technical roles across MRCOOL. This person will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a smooth, positive hiring experience that reflects MRCOOL's culture of practical innovation and "Comfort Made Simple." Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of roles (corporate, warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and customer support) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and headcount planning Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, local partnerships, and career fairs Write and post compelling, accurate job descriptions Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and culture fit Coordinate interview schedules and gather structured feedback from interview teams Extend offers and manage negotiations in coordination with HR and hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to support workforce pipelines (especially for warehouse/technical roles in the Hickory, KY area) Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer-acceptance rate, etc.) Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage Support employer branding efforts, including job fairs, campus recruiting, and social media presence Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process All other tasks as assigned by company management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency; manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products industry experience a plus Experience recruiting for both corporate/professional and hourly/warehouse roles Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-growing environment High degree of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial company culture Preferred
