About the job: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented junior talent acquisition associate to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms. 2. Review and screen resumes based on job requirements. 3. Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening of candidates. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 6. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessments, and recruitment updates. 7. Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions and job postings. 8. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 9. Support the onboarding process for selected candidates. 10. Maintain proper documentation and ensure a smooth recruitment workflow. 11. Assist the talent acquisition or HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
