Owensboro, KY Full-Time Position Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for welding and skilled trade positions Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms Lead the growth and development of the company's welding apprenticeship program through recruitment, community outreach, trade school partnerships, and apprentice retention initiatives. Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and candidate outreach Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding Build relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, and community partners Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records

Qualifications:

Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience recruiting for manufacturing, welding, or skilled trades is a plus Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
