Administrative Recruiting Assistant Location:
Alexandria, LA Salary:
$45,000.00 per yearSchedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (With evening and weekend availability as needed) Build Careers. Shape the Future. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Additional coursework or training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred Experience Requirements 2+ yeras of management, payrolle, and interviewing experience Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, or inside sales required Background in cold calling, lead generation, or business development preferred Experience with scheduling, data entry, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Payroll processing experience is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional and confident phone presence Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and a clean driving record for occasional local travel Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person Occasional local travel for recruiting events, job fairs, client meetings, and site visits Some evening and weekend on-call availability required Job Duties Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions Coordinate interviews, candidate appointments, reference checks, skills testing, and new-hire onboarding Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and clients Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients Conduct cold calls and sales outreach to generate new business opportunities and expand staffing partnerships Assist with employee scheduling, payroll preparation, and administrative office support Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring and placement process to ensure a positive experience Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k plans Weekly pay is available every Friday Employee discount programs "Staff is extremely dedicated to both the talent and customers.
