Medi Trans, LLC Position Summary The Entry-Level Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the recruitment and hiring process for Medi Trans, LLC. This position will support the Human Resources team by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and assisting with the new-hire process. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with a variety of individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and employee relations. Essential Functions Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions. Post job openings on approved job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment sites. Review resumes and applications for basic qualifications. Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates. Contact candidates to schedule interviews with hiring managers. Communicate with applicants regarding interview times, job expectations, and next steps. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with coordinating interviews and hiring events. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline for current and future openings. Assist with reference checks and pre-employment screening processes. Prepare offer letters and other recruitment-related documents as directed. Assist with collecting required new-hire documentation. Update candidate and applicant information in the HRIS and/or applicant tracking system. Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation. Assist with employee referral and recruiting programs. Participate in job fairs, career events, community outreach, and other recruiting activities. Assist with onboarding new employees as needed. Work closely with department supervisors and managers regarding hiring needs. Provide professional and courteous customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information. Follow Medi Trans policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws. Perform other Human Resources and recruiting duties as assigned. Recruitment Support The Entry-Level Recruiter may assist with recruiting for a variety of positions throughout MediTrans, including: Customer Service Representatives Dispatchers TNC Specialists Concierge Service Specialists Standing Order Specialists Claims Specialists Credentialing Specialists Quality Assurance positions Lead and Supervisor positions Administrative positions Other positions based on company staffing needs QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Professional and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Some college coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Previous customer service, administrative, call center, staffing, or office experience. Previous recruiting or interviewing experience is a plus, but not required. Experience using an HRIS, applicant tracking system, or online job boards is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and employees. Ability to professionally represent MediTrans to potential applicants. Strong follow-up skills. Ability to identify basic candidate qualifications based on job requirements. Ability to learn recruiting and HR processes quickly. Strong attention to detail when handling applications and employee documentation. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Dependable and accountable with a strong work ethic. Performance Expectations The Entry-Level Recruiter is expected to: Respond to candidates in a timely and professional manner. Keep candidate information and recruitment records accurate and up to date. Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and hiring managers. Support the HR team in meeting staffing needs. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Meet established recruitment and administrative goals. Demonstrate professionalism and represent MediTrans positively at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and in person. Ability to attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed. Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
