Job Description

Clear Ridge Collective has recently taken on new clients and increased its recruitment budget to support the work ahead. As our New Orleans consulting business grows, we're building the talent acquisition team that will help us grow from within. We're hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant who wants to build a career in recruitment, not simply fill vacancies. You'll learn how our teams work, find people who can help them succeed, and take ownership of hiring processes from the first conversation through to an offer. With plans to expand into other Louisiana cities in 2027, the people we bring into the business now will have a meaningful part in what comes next. The work you'll own Meet with hiring managers to understand each role and the person who could succeed in it. Write job ads, search for candidates, review applications, and conduct initial conversations. Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and managers informed throughout the process. Track hiring activity, follow up on leads, and use feedback to improve your results. Adapt your approach as you recruit for different teams and priorities. How you'll develop You'll receive training on our roles, recruitment process, and approach to candidate assessment. You'll work toward clear hiring targets, review your progress with the team, and build the judgment to manage searches with increasing independence. As the team grows, there will be a path toward a Recruitment Consultant role, with broader ownership of hiring projects. Who will do well here You're personable, ambitious, and comfortable being measured on your results. You enjoy meeting new people, asking good questions, and finding a way forward when the first approach doesn't work. You take responsibility for your follow-through and can adjust your communication to suit different candidates and roles. You don't need extensive recruitment experience. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused role could be a useful starting point. What matters most is your drive to learn the profession and build a long-term career with us. This is a full-time, onsite role in New Orleans . If you're ready to develop your recruitment skills while helping shape a growing team, apply through Indeed with your resume.
