Jobs › Acton, MA › Recruiter Robert Half Recruiter Acton, MA Apply Description We are looking for a Recruiter to lead hiring efforts and build strong talent pipelines for a range of business needs. This position will manage the recruitment lifecycle from outreach through offer stage, while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates efficiently. The ideal candidate brings experience in corporate recruiting, proactive sourcing, and high-volume hiring environments, along with strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Position sits in Acton, MA - 2 days onsite, 3 days from home.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including intake meetings, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, align on hiring priorities, and provide market-informed recruiting guidance.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current openings and anticipated staffing needs across multiple requisitions.
• Evaluate applicants consistently through resume review, screening conversations, and coordination of structured interview processes.
• Track recruiting activity and candidate movement accurately within the applicant tracking system to support process visibility and compliance.
• Support high-volume hiring demands while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience throughout the process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and a smooth recruitment experience. Requirements
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency-supported environment.
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through multiple channels for a variety of role types.
• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to handle high-volume requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting records.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when working with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and move searches forward in an organized, timely manner.
• Comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
