Our Bellingham office is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our team and help drive continued success. The Opportunity We're seeking a motivated, experienced recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. The ideal candidate is confident building relationships, sourcing talent, managing multiple priorities, and consistently meeting placement goals. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening through placement. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, attending job fairs and direct outreach. Conduct candidate interviews, screenings, reference checks, and follow-ups. Match qualified candidates with positions based on skills, experience, availability, and client requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their ongoing staffing needs. Partner with Account Managers and team members to understand job requirements and client expectations. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly placement and performance goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client information in the ATS/CRM system. Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. Assist with resolving candidate and client issues in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications 3+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in an agency or high-volume environment required . Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing strategies. Experience using job boards, ATS/CRM systems, and other recruiting tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and performance goals. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Established book of business or client relationships is a strong plus.
