Engineering Recruiter Onsite- Braintree, MA As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and placing engineering and technical professionals with our clients across various industries. You will partner closely with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand client needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions. New hires will receive training on industry-leading recruiting tools, including Bullhorn ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster , along with sourcing strategies, recruiting best practices, and staffing industry processes. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Professional and team-oriented attitude. Preferred Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development experience. Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial industries. Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or similar recruiting platforms. Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve goals and earn performance-based incentives. Responsibilities Source and recruit engineering, manufacturing, technical, and professional candidates. Review resumes and identify qualified applicants for client openings. Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Utilize Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and other recruiting resources to identify talent. Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and clients. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Meet recruiting activity and placement goals. Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and clients.
