39661 Key Responsibilities & Details Outpatient Clinician - Malden, MA Growing behavioral health nonprofit is seeking a full-time Outpatient Clinician to join their team in the Malden, MA area. Compensation $62k for unlicensed (license eligible), OR $64k for licensedCaseload:
35-40 clients Schedule / Location Monday through Friday, day-time and evening hours (hours may vary to accommodate client schedules), 40 hours per week On-site to start; eligible to apply for up to 2 remote days per week after completing the 6-month new hire probationary period, remaining in good standing, and meeting productivity requirements Responsibilities Provide clinical services to an assigned caseload, including individual, family, and group therapy Conduct CANS, comprehensive assessments, and treatment plans according to timeframe specifications Document and maintain client progress in the agency EHR system Produce reports and documentation for third party billing and licensing/accreditation requirements Provide crisis intervention as needed Maintain regular communication with collaterals regarding client treatment Attend clinical rounds, treatment planning meetings, and trainings as assigned Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work or related field Eligible for LICSW, LMHC, or other clinical license Familiar with trauma informed care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Approved background checks (CORI, DCF, and driving) Benefits Paid trainings Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Medical/dependent care flexible spending accounts Tuition reimbursement 401K and more Job Application You are applying for Outpatient Clinician (Ref 39661 ) .
