This role combines administrative support with talent acquisition responsibilities, requiring fluency in two languages to effectively communicate with diverse candidates and stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a vital role in streamlining recruitment processes, managing candidate relationships, and supporting HR functions to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual eager to develop their skills in talent management, HR systems, and full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide administrative support for the HR department, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and preparing employment contracts. Source candidates through various channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and internal databases using talent acquisition software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever or Taleo. Conduct initial candidate screening via phone or video interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Assist in coordinating campus recruitment events and external recruiting initiatives to attract diverse talent pools. Manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. Support high-volume recruitment efforts by sourcing talent efficiently and maintaining accurate candidate sourcing data. Participate in employment law compliance activities related to talent management and HR legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment & labor law, HR systems such as Kronos or UltiPro, and HR legal compliance standards. Assist with onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee relations initiatives. Engage in research activities to identify new sourcing channels or recruitment strategies that enhance lead generation. Requirements Fluency in at least two languages with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience or strong interest in recruiting, talent management, or human resources functions. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools, ATS platforms (such as Kenexa BrassRing or PeopleSoft), and talent acquisition software. Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and labor regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship management with candidates and internal teams. Ability to perform cold calling for candidate outreach and research on potential talent pools. Basic understanding of HR systems like Paychex, Kronos, or UltiPro is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proactive attitude towards learning new recruiting techniques including social media marketing (recruitment) and lead generation strategies.
