Responsibilities include:

Find and attract candidates for open roles Screen resumes Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and team goals Conduct/schedule interviews Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to job offer Build a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for future hiring needs

•Experience within the life sciences field is a huge plus!
