Recruiter Needham, MA | 100% Onsite $23-$27/hour Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Recruiter to join a fast-paced team in Needham, MA. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, recruiting, sourcing, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume, phone-focused environment . Previous staffing agency experience is highly desirable, but we are also open to someone with the right transferable experience who is interested in building a career in recruiting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, connecting with new people, working toward goals, and independently managing a busy pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and follow up with applicants Source and recruit candidates for high-volume hourly positions Conduct candidate phone screens Build relationships with candidates and maintain consistent follow-up Guide applicants through the application and hiring process Assist candidates who need additional support navigating application requirements Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the CRM/database Independently manage a high-volume candidate pipeline

What We're Looking For:

Staffing agency, recruiting, sourcing, inside sales, customer service, call center, or other high-volume phone experience Comfortable making frequent outbound calls throughout the day Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport Persistent follow-up and a strong sense of urgency Goal-oriented and motivated by results Organized and able to independently manage a high volume of activity Patient and comfortable working with candidates from a variety of backgrounds Dependable with a strong work ethic Genuine interest in recruiting and staffing Ability to work 100% onsite in Needham, MA Reach out if interested to omckenelley@naglergroup.com #TNG123 #LI-OM1
