Corporate Recruiter Location:
Westborough, MA (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite per week)

Pay Rate:
$30-$40/hour
Schedule:
Full-Time Contract 8+ Months Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on a temporary basis to provide coverage during a leave of absence beginning in late August/early September. This individual will partner closely with the Corporate Recruiter and HR leadership to support high-volume hiring initiatives, employee transition activities, onboarding processes, and recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within healthcare, third-party administrator (TPA), or self-funded insurance environments and possess strong screening, interviewing, and process management skills. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage recruitment activities for a variety of corporate and operational positions. Review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, and perform initial phone interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process. Maintain consistent communication with candidates to deliver a positive candidate experience. Post positions and monitor applicant activity through ADP and other recruiting platforms. Employee Transition & Onboarding Support Support employee transition initiatives and hiring projects during a period of organizational change. Assist with requisition management, offer coordination, and employee tracking. Provide backup support for onboarding activities, including background screenings, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation. Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems. HR Operations & Compensation Support Assist with offer letter preparation, promotion letters, and employment-related documentation. Support compensation-related processes by gathering data and coordinating with HR and Compensation teams. Assist with salary benchmarking and job description updates. Maintain recruiting and onboarding reports, tracking tools, and documentation. Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives within HR. Qualifications Required 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment. Healthcare, TPA, or self-funded insurance industry recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and professionalism when handling confidential information. Preferred Experience with ADP Workforce Now, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Calendly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Copilot. Exposure to compensation administration and job description development.
