Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
A rapidly growing technology company is looking for a driven and efficient Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract top talent across multiple departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for detail oriented and technical positions Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Track recruiting metrics and maintain applicant tracking systems Enhance employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
