Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted talent advisor by leveraging workforce planning, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Build and maintain diverse, qualified candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and proactive engagement. Guide Hiring Managers on job requirements, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and market trends to ensure optimal hiring outcomes. Continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience by maintaining clear communication and streamlining the hiring process. Use metrics and performance data to identify trends, predict hiring risks, and implement strategic solutions that improve quality of hire and time-to-fill. Maintain accurate applicant tracking data, and participate in process improvement initiatives and recruiting projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (6+ years preferred), especially in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Proven success in sourcing passive talent and developing targeted pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles. Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday or similar; CRM tools like Phenom are a plus. Strong consultative, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, interview, negotiation, and candidate closing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
