Recruiter - Guest Services Washington Commanders - 4.3 Landover, MD Job Details Part-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Confidential information handling HR department experience Customer service High school diploma or GED Productivity software Full Job Description The Washington Commanders are seeking a Recruiter to join our Guest Experience Team on a part-time basis. This role would report to the Guest Services Manager and would be responsible for supporting the recruiting and interviewing process for all Guest Services gameday staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage screening all applicants for all Guest Services gameday positions Partners with the Peoples Operations team to ensure that job postings are updated and accurate Supports in determining the appropriate recruiting sources for each position Responds to applicants inquires and coordinates interview schedules Supports online and social media recruiting and hiring campaigns Coordinates communication to new hires for onboarding and training and ensures correct information is shared with the appropriate teams Attends and participates in job fairs and hiring events Assist with planning, logistics and execution of gameday staff hiring, training, appreciation days and end of season celebration Provide regular staffing metrics, recruiting analytics, and workforce data to People Operations leadership to support workforce planning and talent strategy decisions Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Strong planning and organization skills to determine priorities with deadlines Well organized with attention to detail Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with all business matters Proficient with the Microsoft Suite Excellent customer service skills Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and flexibility to interact with applicants and employees with tact and diplomacy Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills Candidates must be 18 years or older a High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
