Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms Ability to manage placement of candidates for 5-10 requisitions at a time - Ability to work on projects with short timelines - Must adhere to productivity demands Team with recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, interviewing to offers Salary negotiations and review of employment terms with selected candidates Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection

Experience:
