This role sources, screens, and coordinates candidates to fill staffing needs in support of Department of Defense contracts while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and applicable federal hiring guidelines. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms. Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications, clearance eligibility, and contract fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and project leadership. Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation. Communicate with applicants throughout the recruiting process in a professional and timely manner. Assist with job postings, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Ensure recruiting activities align with DoD contract requirements and internal procedures. Support other HR and recruiting tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Interest in government contracting, defense hiring, or HR/recruiting. Knowledge of clearance requirements and federal hiring processes.
