Job Description
Who We Are Maryland/Delaware Group is one of the most active real estate investment and acquisition operations on the Delmarva Peninsula. We buy directly from sellers, move fast, and close consistently. We've built the systems, the lead flow, and the support structure. Now we need the right people to help us find them. The Opportunity We're looking for a full-time Recruiter to build out our acquisitions team in Salisbury. You'll own the hiring pipeline from job posting to group interview, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and keeping the funnel moving so we never go a week without qualified people coming through the door. This is not a passive posting-and-waiting role. You are actively hunting for talent and pushing candidates toward a decision. No recruiting certification required. If you know how to read people, sell an opportunity, and keep a pipeline organized, we can teach you the rest. What the Job Looks Like Day to Day Post, manage, and refresh job listings across Indeed and other channels Source and screen candidates by phone and message Answer candidate questions and keep them engaged through the process Schedule and coordinate group interviews, confirming seats and following up on no shows Track pipeline metrics: applicants, screens, confirmed interviews, hires Work closely with the hiring manager on candidate evaluation and offer decisions Who We're Looking For Someone with real sales, staffing, or recruiting experience. Actual candidate conversion, not just posting jobs Comfortable making a high volume of calls and messages daily and staying consistent when the pipeline is slow Able to build trust quickly with a stranger over the phone Organized enough to run a pipeline with zero dropped candidates Wants to build a real recruiting function inside a growing company, not just fill a seat Available to be in our Salisbury office daily. This is not a remote position Compensation and Structure Compensation discussed during the interview based on experience. Expect to make $50,000 base + $50,000 in commission.
