High Volume Branch Recruiter - Auburn, ME Adecco Staffing is growing our team in Auburn, ME, and we're looking for an Experienced High-Volume Recruiter to join us! This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, connecting with candidates, and managing multiple hiring needs at once. Experience recruiting for clerical, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production positions is highly preferred.

Starting Pay:

$28.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience What You'll Do Recruit high volumes of candidates for clerical, manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions Source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms Conduct phone screens and interviews Evaluate candidates for qualifications and job fit Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and start dates Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process Manage candidate pipelines and keep recruiting systems up to date Partner with Branch leadership and customers to prioritize hiring needs Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience required Light industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with Indeed, resume databases, or ATS systems preferred Team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency Why Join Adecco?
