Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Human Resources, or a related field).
Experience:
Demonstrated experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment and supporting core HR or administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to engage in low to moderate levels of physical activity, including occasional lifting ranging from 5-75 lbs for orientation and career fair setups.

Technical Proficiency:
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on familiarity with HRIS/payroll platforms (ADP preferred). Temp to hire opportunity with pay starting at $26-$28/hr. Conversion to full-time expected after trial period.

BachelorsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Actively source top talent via job boards, post openings, represent the company at local career fairs, and conduct phone screens to qualify candidates for hiring manager interviews.
Onboarding & Pre-Employment:
Coordinate all pre-employment checks (drug screens, background checks, MVR, reference checks, and written evaluations). Extend offer letters, manage candidate documentation, and ensure seamless communication across internal support teams.
New Hire Experience:
Lead corporate new hire orientations—delivering engaging company presentations, overseeing paperwork, managing badge/access setup, conducting safety overviews, and guiding ADP system training.
Team Member Support:
Facilitate post-incident testing logistics, conduct comprehensive verbal and written exit interviews, and track/enforce 90-day and annual performance reviews with department managers.
HR Operations & Administration:
Partner closely with the HR team on essential administrative duties, including filing, invoicing, billing, and benefits reconciliation.
