Senior Recruiter

• 42/hr.

DOE We are seeking a senior-level, highly experienced recruiter to join the team of one of our long-standing customers who is experiencing incredible growth. The successful candidate will identify, engage, and attract top talent for fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

Recruit for manufacturing plant operations and engineering positions across multiple states Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, job boards, social media, and other sourcing technologies to identify top talent Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through phone calls, Teams, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels. Build relationships with candidates and effectively sell opportunities, companies, and career paths Conduct thorough candidate screening and present highly qualified talent to hiring managers Partner with hiring leaders to understand requirements, priorities, and market conditions Manage multiple requisitions while meeting recruiting timelines Stay current on recruiting technology, sourcing techniques, and talent-market trends

Requirements:

Senior-level recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions Experience recruiting within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, engineering, or plant environments Strong understanding of plant operations and engineering talent and the ability to identify transferable skills Advanced experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and other online sourcing tools Highly technically savvy and comfortable learning and utilizing new technology Hunter mentality with the persistence and creativity to find talent others may not be able to reach Professional, organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
