We are seeking a Recruiter to work in close partnership with our internal customers and external service providers to recruit primarily for production positions (hourly and salary).Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal leadership to identify specific needs for different positions Source and interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications, and provide job offers primarily for production positions (i.e. production operators, production supervisors, production engineers). Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources Utilize company systems and structures effectively and efficiently Work to foster a highly desirable workplace with the involvement of all team members to achieve our shared goals Follow HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the law, corporate policies and business objectives Provide assistance and counsel to members on HR policies and personal issues, and keep team members informed of all changes in HR policiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related field Experience handling a broad range of responsibilities preferably in a manufacturing environment, focused on recruiting/staffing and compensation analysis Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information Urgency and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills Korean English Bilingual a plusValues:
